Holistic Alignment Treatment
The term "holistic" derives from the ancient Greek word "holos," which means "whole." By definition, holistic massage treats the whole of the body as a single unity. Your body, mind and spirit as one. Thereby, this form of massage therapy aimed at treating the physical, energetic and emotional aspects of you. Like other therapies, it is not looking to cure individual parts of the body in which symptoms occur, but strives to create harmony as in the oneness of yourself; balance between the inner self and the environment.
Holistic treatment combines different massage techniques to help you in this process of awareness. Tuning Forks are apply in the chakras.
Mayan Na'alum Massage (Organs)
The technique used is ancient tradition of healing used by the Mexican Indians. Manipulation of organs by the therapist hands on the stomach, aligning the “cirro” or lifting the uterus on women, for men, it helps the digestive tract. Great detoxification, and improving energy blocks within the bowls (intestines).
Mayan Traditional "Real Sobada" Massage
This amazing massage is an ancestral “real sobada” which includes osteopathic movements which emphasizes the interrelationship of the muscles and bones to all other body systems, suction technique (which will leave some marks on its spots) as well as copal incense applied to work the energetic field. Optimum to remove all blockages.
This ancient Indian tradition oil massage aims to relax and harmonize the body as it frees the energy in the meridians and releases blockages. Through movements that recreates universal mysticism and the stimulation acupressure points, this precise technique calms the body and mind, releases stress, and helps balance sleeping patterns. 90-minute session includes essential oils and facial scrub.
